FULL-TIME RECRUITING SPECIALIST
Based in our Boca Raton headquarters, the Recruiting Specialist will manage the recruiting and hiring for open job requisitions. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience recruiting within the software industry and recruiting for a wide range of positions within the organization including accounting, sales, marketing, channel management, consulting, product management, and technical/software development. Experience with software-as-a-service is a plus but not required.
The initial focus will be recruiting senior professionals for our sales and marketing roles.
Working with the senior management team, the Recruiting Specialist will:
- assist in development of job specifications, compensation programs, and criteria for candidate selection;
- arrange placement of recruiting ads in appropriate media;
- review all incoming resumes against stated criteria and requirements;
- conduct phone screening interviews;
- arrange for Aplicor management to interview highly-qualified candidates;
- facilitate the on-site interview process;
- coordinate assessment of the candidate; and,
- prepare job offers and manage the process of getting the candidate hired.
Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience. Compensation begins at $75,000 plus a bonus for each filled position.
