Aplicor Offline Edition keeps users productive even when they're not connected to the Internet. Offline Edition allows sales professionals to take, use and update their customer information while on the road or disconnected and then simply synchronize with the online system during the next login. The ability to view and update prospect and customer information while on an airplane, in a hotel or in a clients office is critical to capturing accurate data at the source and eliminating redundant work or rekeying of data.

The Offline Edition is non-technical to deploy and easy to use. It also leverages the very user interface as the online version so there is no additional training or learning curve. Each user can select or subscribe to only the information they choose to use in a disconnected mode and all data remains secure while offline. Synchronizing with the main system can be accomplished in a single keystroke and with the one button refresh function.

DATA SECURITY BEYOND THE NETWORK

Only Aplicor extends enterprise security beyond the data center to mobile devices, offline laptops and remote computers. Aplicor's Offline Configuration
Management Console allows system administrators or users to encrypt
corporate data when downloading or synchronizing to an offline computer. Further, a user-defined "Data Expiration" policy can be established to
automatically keep customer lists, sales information and other confidential
data secure in the event of a lost or stolen mobile device or staff turnover.

The Offline Edition is built in the same .NET development environment in order
to achieve consistent operation, high performance, scalability and the utmost
in security.
