HOSTING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
 The Aplicor Alliance ASP and Hosting Partnership program is designed for tier 1 hosting organizations or application service providers to directly host Aplicor's CRM and/ or ERP software solution. The program offers hosting companies significant opportunities to grow their traditional business with award winning online CRM and ERP software applications. Partner hosted applications may be co-branded or private labeled depending upon the partners business model and partnership program.
APPLICATIONS DESIGNED FOR HOSTED DELIVERY
Aplicor's native Internet architecture and thin-client technology were designed and developed for hosted delivery. The Alliance ASP and Hosting partnership program is designed to allow hosting organizations to differentiate themselves with value-added online business applications. The Aplicor solution allows the ASP or host to offer new and existing customers a leading technology, full-featured, affordable and turnkey business system solution that is implemented in days or weeks and at a very affordable price point. The partnership benefits include an annuity revenue stream and professional service revenue opportunities.
The program is flexible and co-branding, lead referral and territory exclusivity options are available for international partners with minimum commitment and volume capabilities. For this Hosting Partner program to be successful, Aplicor and the hosting partner must share a common business development strategy and recognize that a successful partnership is far more than a relationship of convenience. For this program to achieve lasting success, Aplicor and its hosting partners must demonstrate a viable business approach and commitment for long-term success. The partner relationship must put the client above all else and extend to the executive levels of both organizations.
 A hosting partnership includes an assigned Channel Manager, not for resale (NFR) production software, Marketing Kit, sales collaterals, sales tools, product and technical training, sales and support training, implementation training, periodic refresher and advanced classes, pre-sales and systems engineer services, and a vast array of online resources via our Partner Extranet. All Aplicor Alliance Partners receive regular communication on corporate developments, software planning and advancement, new products and services, and promotions.
