Reimbursable expenses are automatically included on client invoices. Custom business rules can verify time sheet accuracy and completeness. Special alert notifications can be setup to identify missing or incomplete time sheets. Workflow processes run in the background to verify that all time sheets are received by due dates, or if not, automatically send out e-mail alert notifications requesting receipt. Once time is entered, it automatically transfers to customer invoices during the billing cycle. For non-inventory based organizations, sales orders and invoices omit inventory detail. The inventory integration option dictates whether or not sales order and invoice transactions include line item detail for inventory items

    For job or project costing organizations, business rules can be configured to suggest or mandate transaction revenue figures to the right jobs and cost codes. To improve data accuracy, valid job types and tasks can be individually assigned by customer
  • CRM integration

    Accounts Receivable shares a close integration with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) modules. CRM accounts or SFA orders taken within the CRM module can be seamlessly uploaded to the A/R module
  • Multi-Currency Management
